Introducing 3D Farmers FarmLoop Stage 2, the next evolution of our automatic printing system for the Bambu Lab A1 Mini and A1.

Stage 2 takes automation to a new level by combining active build-plate bending with intelligent cooling, enabling reliable detachment of virtually any print – even large, flat-surface parts that challenged Stage 1.

Built for serious makers and print-farm operators, Stage 2 delivers fully automated, unattended printing cycles that turn every print job into profit.

All 3D-printed parts for this module are available here on MakerWorld, but to make the system work you’ll also need the Stage 2 Hardware Kit from our Shopify store:

The Stage 2 hardware works exclusively with the FarmLoop Pro App, which generates the advanced G-code required for bending, cooling control, and detachment routines.

How It Works

• Active Build-Plate Bending:
  A precision linear actuator with 64 Nm of controlled force bends the plate through multiple motion cycles, mechanically breaking the part’s adhesion bond without damaging the surface.

   

• Smart Automation Sequence:
  A limit switch detects print completion and activates the 24 V cooling fan (optional), then seamlessly triggers the actuator to start the bending process.
