Earthquake or Road Damage? Action in the Toy City! 💥🚧
Not every road in the children's room is in perfect condition! With this exciting and extremely versatile expansion module for your Road Basic Set, you'll bring a good dose of drama and role-playing into your road network.
The base is a classic straight road with the proven wooden railway connectors (puzzle system) for your small die-cast metal cars (scale 1:64 and 1:87). But this road has a massive problem: A huge zigzag crack completely severs the roadway into two halves!
🌟 Highlights of this Action Expansion:
- Dynamic Crack: Since the road section is printed in two halves, you can freely determine the size of the crack. Slide them slightly apart for nasty road damage or pull them far apart to simulate an earthquake or an impassable chasm!
- Clever Road End: Want to delimit your city? Simply take one of the two halves and use it as a realistic, abrupt road end or drop-off edge instead of a normal straight section.
- Extensive Safety Accessories: What would a damaged road be without safety measures? The set includes detailed traffic cones (pylons) and massive concrete barriers.
- Limitless Role-Playing: Children decide for themselves: Will the barriers be set up in time to warn cars of the danger? Or does a little speedster miss the end, leading to a spectacular (but safe) accident scenario?
⚙️ My Print Settings & Print Profile
All my uploaded 3D models are designed by myself and extensively tested in practice. To guarantee you the perfect print, I have successfully printed the model with the following settings. These values are stored in the Print Profile:
- Material: Bambu Lab PLA Basic
- Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm
- Wall Loops: 3
- Infill: 7% (Pattern: Gyroid)
- Reinforcement: 30% Infill (Gyroid) at strategic weak points for maximum stability
🖨️ Compatibility & Requirements for Your Printer
This design is engineered to be easily printable on any common 3D printer.
- Compact Design: The model only requires a print bed size of 180 x 180 mm. This makes it 100% compatible with compact printers like the Bambu Lab A1 mini.
- Important Note on Print Bed Adhesion: To avoid warping or the model detaching, I require an absolutely clean and grease-free print bed. Please clean your print plate thoroughly before starting (e.g., with warm water and dish soap or isopropanol).
