Hey Makers!

I designed this wallet to be a durable hard case that securely attaches to the back of your MagSafe-enabled iPhone.

Key Features:
- Rugged Design: Built to last! This is a sturdy, protective case that won't easily break.
- Capacity: It holds up to 5 credit cards or similar-sized cards (like IDs or transit passes) in the main slot.
- Dual-Sided Storage: The reverse side includes a dedicated area for securely stashing folded banknotes.
MagSafe Attachment: Features perfectly sized magnet cavities for a strong, reliable connection to your iPhone.

Print Details & Materials:
I printed this in PETG for its excellent balance of strength, temperature resistance, and slight flexibility—making it ideal for an everyday carry item.
For my personal wallet, i used Army Green Glass Fiber Reinforced PETG, and the results are truly surprising; it feels incredibly robust and premium!
The secret to its premium feel? Precise Tolerances! I meticulously fine-tuned the design to ensure a perfect fit for your cards and a seamless snap-together assembly. If your printer is well-calibrated, you'll get an excellent result that feels like a commercially made product.
Pro-Tip: Using a high-quality PETG (or even GF-reinforced PETG!) and ensuring your printer is dialed in for minimal stringing and accurate dimensions is key for the best fit!
*The print profile includes two distinct versions of the card springs, and I am currently testing both.
Hardware Required (Non-Printed)
Everything else is 3D printed! You will need to purchase the following components to complete the assembly:
- MagSafe Magnet Ring:
You need a standard MagSafe magnet ring insert as the one here :

If you use a different one verify that the magnet dimensions match the pockets in my STL files!
*Please ensure a pause is added at the 1.40 mm layer height to insert the MagSafe ring, in case your profile doesn't include it.

- Screws:
- M3x6mm machine screws for the button mechanism cover
I recommend M2x6mm self-tapping screws for the others
- Springs:
- 2 compression springs Outer diameter 6mm Lenght 10mm wire diamter 0.5mm

Why Print This?
Why pay a premium for a proprietary MagSafe wallet when you can print a better, tougher one at home? This project offers maximum utility, superior durability, and that awesome DIY satisfaction.
