Description
Swimming Power Paddle – Technique & Strength Training
Level-up your swim training with these Power Paddles — designed to be worn on the hands for training.
These paddles are made for lap practice. They’re ergonomically shaped and include strap holes so you can add silicone or rubber tubes/rod to secure the paddle comfortably to the hand. I've provided a link to the size of tubing I am using. It is fish tank tubing.

Assembly:
Place any rubber tube through the holes that best fit your hand. In the material list I've provided two material options based on my test prints. Below is an example.
