Description

A simple spool winder that can be operated with a standard drill.

 

If you use it more often I recommend to get a metal drill bit.

 

EU: HOP8x89, like Wera 840/4

US: 5/16" long bit, should work as well

 

Alternatively a printable adapter is supplied as well. Printing it in stronger materials (like PETG and above) is beneficial.

 

 

All parts can be printed flat without supports for optimal strength.

 

Older versions (V1-V3) used different dimensions for the drill adapter on both sides to support mounting with a bearing (608ZZ) on an aluminum extrusion (4040):
