The Best Card Wallet I’ve Designed (So Far)

This is, in my opinion, my best card wallet yet. I took everything I learned from my previous designs, all the features that worked best, and refined them into this version.
For this one, I paid special attention to the aesthetics. The grooved texture gives it a bold, unique look. I know it might not appeal to everyone, but personally, I think it’s the most striking and refined design I’ve made so far, and it’s also the most functional.

Disclaimer ⚠️

Your printer needs to be accurate within 0.2 mm to ensure the print works properly. If the tolerances are off, the mechanism might fuse with the body.

Customizable

You can personalize your wallet to fit your needs. Choose exactly how many cards you want it to hold, from 1 to 9 cards, and decide whether you want it with or without the rear money clip.

Print in Place

The model is designed to print in place, standing upright. I recommend adding a skirt for better bed adhesion.

Once printed, gently press or flex the lever to break the mechanism free. If it feels stuck, you can push the inner part from the bottom to release it.

I’ve tested the design with PLA, PETG, and PETG-CF, all worked well, but PETG remains my top pick. It keeps its flexibility over time, ensuring a strong, lasting lock on your cards.
