V2 Updates:
After many uses and lots of feedback from you in the comments, I knew it was time for an update. This version has a slimmer profile, larger steering wheel and a thin slit in the back which allow you to slide in and display your shopping list. All of the pieces are compatible with the original model so you can pick and choose what upgrade you want to make.
I designed the original steering wheel for my son to use when we went grocery shopping. The entire assemble screw together with enough clearance for the wheel to spin. He loves driving around the grocery store. It will also attach to some highchairs and car seats. Print it in one color and multiple the options are endless. I hope you enjoy it as much as he does.

It does require a small elastic band that loops that ties into the base and loops under the cart handle. Below is a link to the bands I used:
