Must print ACEpro essential upgrade kit (All are models I made myself and tested to be good before updating the final version)
One: Ultra-smooth filament spool shaft
1: After installation, it prevents friction between the bottom of some filament spools and the box during feeding and retracting
2: Optimizes the original shaft which had high bearing resistance; reduces feeding and retracting resistance, rotates ultra-smoothly
Requires 8 693ZZ bearings; then install using the original shaft core; after printing, if you can sand down the Z seam, it will be perfect
Two: ACEPRO Lid snap repair and protection
Repair by covering after the original snap breaks from use Those not yet cracked can protect the snap
Installation method is to just cover it Or apply 3M double-sided tape to the recessed area of the original snap before covering for a more secure fit
Three: Feeder port wear
Prepare 4 sections of 5-8cm long PTFE tubing and replace the feeder port at the original position (Note: The PTFE tubing needs to be pushed to the same depth as the original)
