Supernote Manta HOM pen loop (for TPU)

Supernote Manta comes with an elastic pen loop - works great until it starts to stretch out - it's also a little short and pen twists too easily in bag and there is slop in the clip and so forth.  So, I created one out of TPU and lengthened it slightly to extend the length of the clip.
