Description
This newly designed quick-adjust mechanism was developed specifically for the WMW SX125 vise and is based on the original design.
It allows for quick and precise adjustment of the movable jaws without having to turn the threaded section with a crank – ideal for rapid jaw adjustments.
The design was completely remodeled in CAD and optimized for 3D printing.
It features a knurled grip zone for improved tactile feedback and a secure hold, secured by a hole to prevent rotation of a dowel pin (which is already present in the original and simply needs to be replaced with a longer version). The handle can be easily tapped onto the shaft with a soft-faced hammer and has a tight press fit. If you encounter any problems, please let me know so I can address them.
