With this add-on you will be able to open your printer door fully - up to 270°.

Hinge is attached to original Bambu metal part, so you don't need to disassemble anything, just remove 4 original screws with rubber gaskets from glass doors. Assembly will take ~10 minutes, and if you don't like it, you can turn back to original in no time.


I tested this hinge with PLA, PETG and PETG-CF. PLA Works just fine, sits even better than PETG, because its stiffer…
With 3 walls and 20% infill all the filaments are tough enough for those parts.

 

Additionally to printed parts you need some screws - look in parts list.

 

It's easy to assemble it without any documentation, just look for TOP and BOT writing on parts. Or use assembly guide.

Use hand screwdriver not electric one to feel the tightening force.

 

By my tests new printers are precisely made.. so 3 models I tested worked with standart “Star 0” without adjustments.. 
but if you need to adjust your doors, look at those manuals:
Version 1 - Easiest


Version 2 - Harder but precise! (you need additional screws) 

 

This V3.0 hinge have new “stoppers” with height adjustment screw on bottom stopper.
