Door Stopper for Non-rebated Doors

A custom 3D-printed design – a practical and discreet door stopper for non-rebated doors, protecting the wall and frame from handle impact.

How it works:
The element is attached to the inner side of the door frame (top corner) using 3M VHB double-sided tape. When the door opens, it gently stops against the printed block, preventing the handle from hitting the wall.

Installation:

1. Print the model in the orientation shown in the photos (recommended material: PETG or PLA Tough).
2. Attach it to the inner frame corner with 3M VHB tape (mounting space already provided).
3. On the contact point with the door, stick a small silicone furniture pad to soften the touch and protect the surface.

Dimensions:
Designed for standard non-rebated doors (door thickness ≈ 40 mm). Can be easily scaled in Bambu Studio if needed.
