Description

Tee off of an existing OxyFuel hose with valves and fitting to connect a second torch.  Can be mounted to a bench or wall with 2 wood screws ~3.5" long.

I use this in lampworking to add a second small hand torch (Smith Little Torch).  Needle valves allow precise control of gas flow.

Assembly:

  1. Print as oriented.  No supports needed.
  2. Connect fittings as shown in photos.  Use gas Teflon tape or sealant on all NPT threads and check for leaks before assembling into the block
  3. Slide fitting assembly into printed block with the valve stems going in first through the circular holes.
  4. Add back piece and secure with 4x M3 flat head screws.
  5. Add hoses to barb fittings and secure with hose clamps.
  6. Secure block to your bench or wall with 2x 3.5" wood screws
  7. Attach your new torch to the B-size fittings
    1. Note1: The fitting with notches is reverse thread for your fuel gas line.
    2. Note2: B-size fittings DO NOT need Teflon tape on the flare side.  The seal is made by the flare and tape can cause leaks here

BOM:

(Amazon prices at time of publishing)

Total cost of fittings: $40.18
