BRAUN Light Bar Base Cover

BRAUN 500 Lumen LED Rechargeable Magnetic Handheld Foldable Slim Bar Work Light

This is a plastic cover for the base to help prevent scratching what you are attaching it to. It has a chamfer on the bottom to remove the sharp edges. I have also uploaded the FreeCAD file which contains a spreadsheet to easily edit the ID, outside wall thickness, and the thickness of the bottom. The 3mf file uploaded has a 0.5mm thick base, 1mm wall, and 28.5mm diameter and it fits TIGHT! You have to really press it evenly on something flat to get it on there. I also used fuzzy skin for this reason, as it grips. I tried 0.3mm but it wore through pretty quickly, and I tried 1mm but it loses some of the magnetic grip, so I'm trying 0.5mm right now. You can easily adjust with the FreeCAD file.
