Description

Protective and functional 3D-printed enclosure designed for the Kekk spot welder.
Provides ventilation, cable support, and a clean look for your battery tab-welding setup.

Features:

  • Secure housing for the Kekk K100 spot welder module
  • Integrated ventilation slots for heat dissipation
  • Side cable exits for easy connection to power and probes
  • Front window for display and button access
  • Printable without supports

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 20–30 %
  • Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS (I printed mine in PLA and it works perfectly, although ABS or PETG may offer better heat resistance)
  • Orientation: flat bottom down

     

    You will need 4 x m3 screws and nuts
