Description

Blank Man: The Strider [No. 2]

Meet Blank Man: The Strider, the next evolution of my voxel-style blank figure — now with even more posing potential and creative options! I've also made some tweaks to his torso after some people feeding back it was a little loose.

This version adds print-in-place hands and shoes/feet, giving the model a fuller, more dynamic range of movement while keeping the same clip-in head. I’ve also included a simple “Marshmello-style” head as an extra option on plate 2.

Use Bambu Studio’s paint tools, SVG imports, and text editing features to make it truly yours. Whether you go minimal or full custom this is the perfect base for creative makers.

If you print one, please share your version — I’d love to see your take on it!

Features

  • Fully articulated print-in-place body (no assembly required)
  • New hands and feet for improved posing and expression
  • Clip-in head with an alternate “Marshmello” head included
  • Customisable in Bambu Studio (paint tools, SVGs, text, etc.)
  • Works great in PLA or PETG
  • Suitable for AMS and non-AMS users

Important: Print in the provided orientation — internal break-free supports are included for smooth joint movement. Also, there's a little support on each ankle joint, a little twist of his foot removes it with ease.

This model is part of an ongoing exploration into 3D-printed articulation. Each entry in the "Blank" series is a distinct, standalone engineering project—built from the ground up to test specific mechanical functions (such as print-in-place tolerances, magnetic integration, or advanced joint ranges). Unlike a simple version update, each "Blank" offers a completely different assembly logic and play-style for the community to explore.
