Another set of glands designed for flexible pipe management in electrical and mechanical projects.
Each gland in this design allows the conduit to be securely fixed and locked in place using a tightening nut, ensuring a stable, reliable, and well sealed connection, an improvement over previous versions.
The set includes seven standard gland sizes: 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, and 63 mm, all compatible with common corrugated or flexible conduit tubing.
I’ve printed them only in PLA so far, though PETG is recommended for better strength and durability.
It’s recommended to use a 0.12 mm layer height for best results, as the model contains many threads.
