MasterClock 1U RM4 Mount Bracket Socket Grommet

This bracket and grommet is designed to replace the blanking plate on a standard RM4 Rack Mount Kit. It was designed to allow Network, USB, and Fiber cables to pass thru the bracket where there was no other access for cables. 

There are three Grommets to allow for different size cables

1. The first has 7mm network cable holes and standard USB (5mm) and Fiber (3mm) cable pass thru.
2. The Second has 8mm network cable holes and standard USB (5mm) and Fiber (3mm) cable pass thru.
3. The Third is a universal pass thru.

There are two Brackets to replace the blanking plate. 

1. The first has 2mm mount holes and is designed to be rear mounted with BT 2 x 8 self-taping screw with washer. 
2. The second has 3mm mount holes and is designed to be front mounted and use the existing hardware. 

Printed this in PLA and PETG and it works well. 

This uses and interference fit so it requires no glue or retaining pieces. 

To piece the unit together place the outside edges of the grommet into the bracket and pivot the middle together until its flat and snug. The edges will feel like they click into place once it's altogether.
