BMCU606090 Cat House/Nest Shelf Rotating Bracket

As the weather gradually turned cold, I splurged 132 RMB on PDD to buy a 60cm wide, 60cm deep, 90cm high cat nest/cat villa to use as an A1 enclosure,

However, due to factors such as height and filament placement, the bmcu-A1 rotating bracket from Yeyuling DIY MakerWorld: Free 3D Model Download that I previously used could not be used normally. Therefore, I drew inspiration from its design to create this BMCU rotating bracket. The assembly effect is shown in the figure. To support left/right and pitch angle adjustment, 5mm holes need to be drilled on the partition to fix the base of this bracket. Actual tests show that fixing with two screws at the corners is quite effective, and the assembly process is shown in the figure. It is recommended to apply grease to the rotating head. If the damping is insufficient when adjusting the pitch angle, you can tighten the 50mm screw to apply pressure to the seat.
