Support Issue:printed with petg and failed. floating ledge without support. This is a flawed model design. The stacking design needs to be built on the top of the tray not the bottom. Support needs to be enabled with current design.

You are partly correct, and I sincerely apologize. It turns out the design was intended for vertical printing without supports, and due to an oversight on my part, the published profile was for horizontal printing, which indeed cannot function without supports. I have corrected my mistake and updated the profile, which will now allow you to print them without any issues. However, when using PETG, remember to significantly increase the bed temperature or add a brim.
