Her torso is printed facing down for better quality but you an turn it around.

Did you have to adjust anything. Im having trouble getting the waist attaching to the Torso

i used black for the torso. maybe this is why it skipped the black color. =)

Yes, I had to push hard. Plus at first, I had them in wrong direction, so you may want to recheck that. I had to switch the legs the other way around
