Description

This is an adaptor for the type of generic rear cycle light that is found under many brands at low price (see photos for example light).

You will also need an M6 nut and bolt (the file contains designs for the both hex and square nuts so just remove whichever you do not need before printing).

It is designed to fit to the rails under the saddle so that it is out the way and does not obstruct the adjustment of the seat post or usage of the dropper post.

To fit you simply follow these steps

  • Open the light as you would to install batteries, there you will find one screw holding the LED lights
  • Remove the screw and it will reveal 2 screws holding the rear mount on
  • Remove these screws and the mount will come away.
  • Align the printed bike mount with the button and screw holes and using original screws attach (it many be a good idea to run so glue between the mount and the back of the light for extra strength
  • Replace and screw in the LEDs
  • Using M6 nut and bolt assemble and attach to saddle

NOTE: Due to the fact that this mount is on the seat rails you need to ensure you have 2 cm space at the rear the rails.
