Best Parameters (Update: 2026.04.19)

- Printer: H2C, H2D
- Build Plate: SIROL, Chameleon-PEY (Black with Stars)
- Material: High Speed Matte PLA (from Techbears)
- Nozzle: 0.6 mm / Standard
- Slicer Setup:
    - Layer height, Initial: 0.1 mm
    - Line width, Initial: 0.8 mm
    - Wall Generator: Arachne
    - Advanced, Order: inner/outer
    - Advanced, Initial layer flow Ratio: 1.1
    - Advanced, Only one wall on top surfaces: Not applied
    - Wall loops: 33

This are the Billiard Rack we use in Billard Club Einsiedeln (Switzerland).

The allowed thickness for Tournaments is 0.12 mm.

Special Print Setting: Initial layer flow ratio = 1.25

This additional 25% of Filament ensures no holes and a stable product. This is important not to lose any characters from text.

Proper cleaning of your Nozzle before and after printing is required!

Happy printing and fun with your powerful break (not losing energy when the billiard balls are not touching each other)

The print bed of the A1 mini is too small for the 8‑ball rack. You need at least an A1. Does that help you?

Your right! It looks like the print bed size is smaller for P1 Series compared to A1! I will check my files...

Hello I cannot find the one for playing 8-ball and my second question is would it be possible for you to make one for English 8-ball blackball please The balls are 50.6 mm Regards

The 8-template is too large for the A1 mini - so you need to change the print profile For balls smaller than 57.2 mm, you need to perform a scaling in X&Y in the slicer Is this information helpful

Just printed the 9 ball rack with my P1S and it turned out great! I used a razor blade to scrape it off.

Awesome print, very easy to remove from the plate, just have to let the plate cool down, and use a razor blade to get it started, and slowly remove. Boosting!
