Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, the H2S apparently does not filter the air that the printer expels when printing PLA and PETG at the moment. Since my printer is in the office and I want to reduce the particles, I have designed an additional purification stage that works with my Xiaomi 4 Air Purifier Compact.
The nozzles are 100 mm, so a standard hose from the hardware store can be used.
Required materials:
4 x BT3 15mm screws
Sealing tape: e.g. 9 mm x 5.5 mm
Assembly:
With the seals installed, the air purifier cannot simply be inserted. I used some baking paper to insert it and then pulled the baking paper out. That works great. :)
IMPORTANT: The system is relatively airtight; the Xiaomi control must not be set to full power. My current settings are at a speed of 3 - 5 m^3.
