Filling funnel for the Makita battery-powered cartridge gun (DCG180ZX). I am currently pressing a cementitious solution (borehole suspension) using the Makita cartridge gun. I use the supplied metal cylinder which is intended for tube bags. I have now designed a funnel for filling this cylinder. Due to the small nozzle at the end, it cannot tip. Filling becomes a breeze.
Naturally, the funnel can also be used for other purposes.
I have attached a technical drawing with dimensions.
Print profile: I deliberately did not align the Z-seam as this increases stability. Of course, this can be adjusted as desired.

Filling funnel designed for use with the Makita DCG180ZX battery-powered cartridge gun when dispensing cementitious solutions (borehole suspensions). This funnel is specifically designed to fit the supplied metal cylinder (originally intended for tube bags). The integrated small spout at the bottom prevents tipping and ensures stable positioning during filling operations, making the filling process significantly easier and more efficient.
Naturally, this funnel can be adapted for various other applications. Technical drawings with detailed dimensions are included.
Print Settings: In the print profile, I have not aligned the Z-seam for increased stability. This can of course be adjusted as desired.
