Flat Lab / A1 mini project to correct 7-inch 45RPM VINYL warping

Description
This is a warp correction project for 7-inch vinyl for the A1 mini
① Print the upper and lower molds with TPU material
② Print the fixtures
Sandwich the warped 7-inch vinyl with the upper and lower molds and secure it with the fixtures as shown in the images
Attaching the fixtures to the purge wiper area will cause interference so please avoid that area
③ Please run the 55℃ 30-minute profile
When sending please turn off bed leveling dynamic flow rate calibration etc
If the warp is not corrected in 55℃ for 30 minutes try using the 60-minute or 58℃ settings
【Profiles】
- 55℃ 1 minute: for operation check
- 55℃ 30 minutes: for slight warps trial use
- 55℃ 1 hour: for slight warps actual use
- 55℃ 2 hours: for moderate warps
- 58℃ 1 hour: if not corrected at 55℃
- 58℃ 2 hours: for severe warps
Alternatively you can put the GCODE file (GCODE.zip) included in the ZIP file listed in the document onto a micro SD card and run it directly from the A1 mini
(Since this data was created for the A1 if you are trying it on the A1 mini please start with tests)
The set temperature and time can be changed by modifying the following part in Printer Settings → Printer Start G-code
