PowerDisk ReCover

If you for whatever reason want to open and close the PowerDisk dishwasher detergent boxes of your Miele dishwasher this cover might be useful for you since the foil typically gets destroyed by opening it.

This prints best with 0.2mm layer height. It looks best with the first two layers printed with transparent material and the remaining layers with dark material. Note that this is a very tight fit and might need some force to snap in on the original container but in the end, we prefer a tight fit over leaking containers. My print with PETG snapped in a satisfactory style after applying some force.

While this box was accepted by my dishwasher without any complaints you would use this in your dishwasher at your own risk. Note that when using this in your dishwasher it is also your responsibility to have it filled only with material that is not harmful to your machine.

While the OpenSCAD code for this is not the most elegant thing I ever made I provided it for convenience in case you want to play with tolerances or make other adaptions.
