Halloween Pumpkin Bookmark/Bracelett
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is more of an experiment, a proof-of-concept so to speak. A few weeks ago I was printing a thin, multi-colored bookmark, and I noticed when I peeled it off from the still warm plate, it was still somewhat bendable. And I figure it would be fun to print onto those holographic smooth plates too and have a neat effect on a thin print that doesn't take too long to print, and less waste too.
So I designed what could either just be a bookmark…Or you can bend it into shape for something like a wristband. What I've done is I got a cylinder, a metal beverage bottle, and with gentle use of a heat gun I softened the flat piece until I could bend it around the bottle to a shape that fits most people's wrists.
See this video here where I show me experimenting with the heat gun on another piece: https://youtube.com/shorts/PVIq4BDBEw8?feature=share
I would also suggest you could experiment with the length and width of this piece depending on your needs. I tested one print sized up corner-to-corner on a P1S and when bent, its just large enough to possibly be a headband, or even a neck choker.
You can experiment with increasing the thickness as well, but I would suggest about 1.4mm - 2mm is about good enough for a lightweight piece thats easy to bend.
Layer height: 0.20mm
Initial layer speed: 30mm/s
Initial layer infill: 60mm/s
(initial layer I try to print fairly slow with these, as smooth plates tend to have adhesion issues especially when doing small details in the first layer)
