Description

A parametric rope clip designed for secure and modular rope connections.
This 3D-printable component features configurable play and hole diameter, allowing perfect fitting for various rope thicknesses and tolerance needs.

The internal geometry ensures tight retention when knots are tied on both sides, while the external body offers a compact, symmetric design ideal for both prototyping and practical use (lanyards, neckless, mechanical test rigs, cable management, outdoor gear, etc.).

Key Features

Do not clip them together before inserting the rope, it can be hard to separate.
configure the play  value to make it harder or easier to separate. and the hole size to fit your rope diameter.

  • 🔧 Adjustable hole diameter and rope play parameters (MakerWorld compatible).
  • 🧩 Tight-fit double-knot design for secure retention.
  • 🪶 Optimized geometry for FDM printing with no support.
  • 💡 Works with both flexible and rigid filament (PETG, PLA-Tough, Nylon, etc.).
  • 🧱 Printable in pairs for quick assembly tests.
