AMS-HT stand with storage function. Tested to be very stable, and compatible with Bambu Lab TPU90A printing when the AMS is placed in reverse. (As shown in the figure, softer TPU models have not yet been tested)

Each version has been printed and tested. Total filament consumption is about 190 grams (ABS-GF), total filament length used is 75m. Using low-flow ABS-GF type material (12mm³/s), actual print time was around 7 hours. If using high-flow material, a conservative estimate is around 6 hours

Please be careful with the thinnest pin during installation. The placement has been changed to improve strength. If it does break, simply flatten and reattach with super glue. It has been tested that even after breaking half of a connection point, the strength remains good after bonding with 3M glue. Actual pictures will be provided in the installation files

The files include:

  • single plate pack (tested, no issues with ABS-GF printing)
  • platform + stand without cutting (total of two part) (more aesthetic and stronger)
  • regular storage board
  • pegboard storage board
  • prototype (can be cut and printed by yourself) (in file downloads, too large to be directly on the plate)

Currently supports P2S bare machine (not yet printed and tested, please print and share, thank you!) Sanja 3D Flip Glass Sliding Riser (https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/1706062-p2s-ams-fan-zhuan-bo-li-hua-gai-zeng-gao-jia#profileId-1877657), future adaptations will be updated if there is demand

The model supporting the P2S bare machine has been uploaded. If you cannot use it, you can download and modify it!

Regarding supports: When I use dedicated ABS support material, both the model surface and the removal phase are smoother. Of course, using the raw material for supports is also perfectly fine. During the test print of the single plate pack, I used tree supports of the same color and material as ABS-GF, adjusting the xy distance and contact surface lines. Apart from the smoothness of the contact surface and a slightly increased difficulty in removal, there were no other issues

Regarding colors: The two small orange clips are at the highest point of the entire tray, so a single color change can be completed without opening the purge tower. I opened the purge tower during testing for higher print quality. The orange clips are not only aesthetic but also help you orient during installation. In Chinese, "orange" (橙 chéng) is a homophone for "success" (成 chéng), which means smooth completion, wishing everyone happy printing

Regarding materials: Due to the high-temperature drying function of AMS-HT, it is recommended to use high-temperature resistant materials. I used ABS-GF. During development, PLA was used to print test sizes. There should be no additional problems when using low shrinkage materials (such as ABS-GF). Please pay attention to adjustments when using high shrinkage materials such as ABS. Other materials have not been tried yet, and I hope everyone can share their experiences

This version currently consumes a fair amount of material. I personally prefer things to be more stable and am willing to spend time printing higher quality versions. If there is demand later, a lightweight version can also be updated
