Description

This is my first model. I had an IBM Aptiva laying around who's motherboard and IO plate were long gone, and as it uses a non standard width I/O plate, I needed a custom one. The blue text is just painted with a paint pen but if you have an AMS system you can probably easily add color to it. I wanted to install a motherboard I had containing period correct hardware and cover the big ugly hole that would remain. Made on the thicker side, around 4.5mm thick.

Should be fine on just about any amount of infill, I printed this in 15 and 40%. Designed in PETG but should print just fine in PLA too. If using PETG, use the textured side side of the textured/smooth high temp plate. Printed on an A1 mini in the photos.

It currently relies on your motherboard having a spring backer on the keyboard porty to hold it in til i tighten up the dimensions and add some snap bumps, I havent nailed how to do things that precise yet.
