Northern God of Wealth Zhao Gongming: He is the God of Wealth revered in Taoism, bestowed with the title "Marshal Zhao, the True Lord of the Mysterious Altar of Dragons and Tigers, Golden Dragon of Auspiciousness and Orthodox Unity". His image features a dark face with a curly beard, wearing a crossed-flap turban and a yellow forehead band, dressed in golden armor and black robes, with green boots. He holds an iron whip in his right hand and an iron chain in his left, with a black tiger following him. When depicted as the God of Wealth, his left hand holds a gold ingot instead, and a treasure basin is in front of him. Legend has it that he can command thunder and lightning, summon wind and rain, and has the functions of warding off plague and evil, protecting against illness and averting disasters, welcoming auspiciousness and receiving blessings, and apprehending fugitives
