Tunisian Crochet Snap-on Clip (7mm)

Note: this is specifically for a 7mm Tunisian crochet hook my mother has. Contact me if you need something different or if you know how, you can use the design files I uploaded.

I created this for my mother who does all sorts of crochet projects. This is specifically for her 7mm Tunisian crochet hook. With Tunisian crochet, the yarn stays on the long crochet hook. She wanted something to prevent it from falling off the top of the hook when she takes a break. 

I don't know if this fits a standard Tunisian crochet hook, but have included the design files to allow easy adjustment. Although her hook is 7mm, the actual rod for it is a little smaller than that, so I expect this varies from brand to brand.

This doesn't use much filament even with two color swaps for the band in the middle. The raised band is intentionally added to assist with attaching, detaching, and sliding the clip to make it easier for arthritic hands and fingers.
