Description

This spacer is designed for the Bambu Lab P2S printer to prevent the PTFE tube from scratching against the glass panel. It creates a small, precise gap that keeps the tube safely away from the glass surface.

The supports were printed separately using PLA.

A simple and effective upgrade to keep your printer’s glass panel in perfect condition!

Add a cut out for the screws from the Holder in front off the glas panel

This took 3 attempts but once it printed it came out flawlessly! My issue was the pla supports which was a "me" problem and not the model. The pla I was using had different cooling settings to the petg I was using and caused a layer shift in the petg at that layer that made it come apart. I changed the supports to petg then changed all the support settings to my preferred and they came off clean and easy. Now installed and recalibrating, thank you!!

2,1mm cut out on the bottem. In the release i saw it was not there but without That it does Not fit Right..

ok, my challenge for you: My idea is a heat insulating cover reusing the air seal wrap the machine was covered in on delivery. This can be folded or cut 3 times which gives 4 layers with an height of ~60mm. The other dimensions would fit perfectly into the frame. So what we need is version with 60mm of space and a ground plate or light structure to hold the foil in place. Maybe with some space below to keep the function as a raiser :-) I hope you did get my idea so far ... This may be useful to keep the inner temperature somewhat higher for printing ABS/ASA ...

printed in Bambulab ABS but did not fit: Frame is too large to fit on the printer Glass is tool large to fit in the frame Used the STL as at this time no print profile was online

The interlocking joints are suuuper tight but I scraped away enough of the material for them to fit together. Very easy to print!

the print broke in my case, no clue why. and the connect posts are very, very tight. a design without support would be much better

Too bad, I had no problems. The connections are tight so nothing wobbles, it fits perfectly for me. Did you use the ready-made print profile

I have re-adjusted the print profile and added additional top and bottom layers as well as 1 wall thickness that should no longer happen
