But here's the rub…

Handy app users will not see the graphics in the preview. They are generated using modifiers and will appear in the final print. They are there – trust me, Bro. (Print the demo disc for a quick example of the method.) The plates are shown in the table below,

 

Desktop users can see them in the slice preview.

Fold-to-Assemble

Stress line removal

The folding can cause lightening of the part along the fold line in some filaments. Careful application of heat can remove the lines and restore a uniform appearance. A heat gun is recommended, but it can be quickly accomplished with a lighter as well. Alternately a blow dryer can be used but it is difficult to apply the intense local heat needed to reset the filament appearance without warping the print in other areas.
