3D printable “Digital” Jeep Badges of Honor
Jeep decided to make some of the new trails as having only the “Digital” versions of the badges. As of writing, the digital-only trails currently include:
- Crazy Woman Canyon Road
- Fruity Pebbles
- Humps and Bumps
- Little Widowmaker @ Hollerwood Offroad
- Lower Terminator
- Quebradas Backcountry Byway
- Rimrocker Trail
- Silver Lake ORV Area
- Steel Pass
- Trail #29
- Upper Terminator
- Medano Pass (uploaded 5/3/2026)
- Calypso Trail (uploaded 5/3/2026)
- Spider Lake Trails (uploaded 5/3/2026)
- D2700 Lost World (uploaded 5/3/2026)
Some Jeep owners ridiculed Stellantis for the decision, as the physical badges are status symbols to show, “I actually wheel my s--t,” and visually sets apart off road rigs from the mall crawlers.
I referenced both digital and physical badges to make the models in Fusion. I used Inland PETG+, and once cooled down they are extremely close enough dimensionally to the official physical badges that they should fit fine inside mounts and racks meant for Jeep's official versions. They are also compatible with the interior window rack which I also made.

I made them using black and white PETG, but you can substitute whatever colors you want. If you want to mount these outside, then I highly suggest ABS or ASA for maximum UV-resistance. However, as ABS/ASA have different shrinkage rate than PETG, there will be slight differences in tolerances if you do print with either of those.

With the 0.4mm hot end, the details are “okay”, but not the greatest. You will get better results if you use 0.2mm hot end, if you can tune your machine get it working properly with 0.2mm nozzle. All photos I've uploaded of the printed badges were made using the 0.4mm hot end.
The good thing is, you won't have to wait 2 to 18 months to get your badge. Just have your 3D printer start printing one and you'll have it in your hands in about 45 minutes (or 2.5 hours with the 0.2mm nozzle).
