Heart of the Pathways – Fairy Signpost

Mini Story:
Anyone who pauses here feels their heart grow lighter, for it is the forest itself that whispers which way their journey should continue — adventure, home, or a forgotten memory.

Long Story:
The Heart of the Pathways was created in the earliest fairy village, when there were no roads yet — only hopes and guesses. The trees gifted the signpost: carved from their roots, while the winds painted invisible directions upon it.
It doesn’t point to exact places, because the forest’s paths are alive — they open only where a destiny awaits.
At night, tiny lights gather upon the wood, as if sparks of curiosity revealed the next step yet to be taken. And those who touch the post suddenly remember why they began wandering in the first place.
It simply stands at the crossroads, waiting patiently — for every soul arrives here eventually, and from here finds the courage to move on again.
