BBQKees EMS Gateway E32 V2 DIN rail bracket

This DIN rail mount is a simple remix of this mount in order to make a DIN rail mount for the BBQKees Electronics EMS Gateway E32 V2.

We have added a small knob which slides perfectly into the mounting holes on the backside of the EMS Gateway.

Two small blocks were added so the bracket will push a bit against the rubber feet on the rear side of the Gateway, preventing the Gateway from falling off the DIN rail.

Obviously you need to print two brackets to mount a single Gateway on the rail.

The design was created with Bambu Studio and tests were printed on a Bambu X1C using the textured PEI plate (and Bambu ASA filament).

We strongly recommend printing the brackets in ASA/ABS/PETG or other strong filaments that can withstand the higher temperatures and sometimes damp environments the DIN rail will be used in. PLA may get brittle too fast.

Print support is not needed, these things come out great without.
