1.8/2mL Cryotube Electronic Component Storage Tray
Vertical storage saves space, but it's not ideal for quickly finding parts
Therefore, I designed this flat-lying storage tray
Each tray can hold 10 cryotubes, with a compact design that allows multiple trays to be stacked securely
Can be retrieved and stored with one hand,
Each tube/tray has an independent identification label, allowing for quick identification and retrieval of components, improving work efficiency, and keeping the workbench tidy
Dimensions: 155x71.5x18.5mm
Storage capacity: 10 tubes/per tray
Compatible containers: Standard 2mL screw-cap cryotubes
Recommended storage for: All 1206, 0805, 0603, 0402, and other specifications of SMD resistors, capacitors, inductors, LEDs; small transistors like SOT-23; small IC chips like SOIC, SOP.
The text on the identification label can be printed in a single color and then colored with a marker, or you can pause at an appropriate layer to manually change to other colored materials
Or use an AMS system for multicolor printing
The tray's nameplate can be fixed with M2x5mm flat-head screws, or directly with super glue. If using super glue, filling the screw holes on the nameplate will be more aesthetically pleasing
Different fixing methods offer different aesthetics
Blank identification labels are provided in the CAD file, allowing you to customize the text. It is recommended to use English + numbers. Chinese characters are not recommended, as the strokes may be too small to print clearly
Recommended font: Arial Rounded Extra Bold
Font height: 4.5mm for cryotube labels
6mm for tray labels
Slicing settings: Please change the wall generator mode from “Classic” to “Arachne”. This is very important for the clarity of the printed text.
