What is the M72 LAW? The M72 Light Anti-Armor Weapon (LAW) is a lightweight, disposable, single-shot rocket launcher developed for U.S. infantry. Designed in the early 1960s to replace older anti-tank weapons, the M72 LAW is effective against armored vehicles, fortifications, and buildings.
