Description
This is a slip-cast clay mold-making process. To create a slip-cast mold, you'll need to 3D print a total of five parts: four circular sections for the body of the pot and one for the bottom.
To make the mold:
- Fill the core of the 3D-printed parts with a ceramic material, such as white cement.
- Allow the cement to dry completely. Once hardened, carefully cut away the plastic mold.
- You will now have a beautiful ceramic slip-cast mold that can be used to create a flower pot.
- If the plastic is cut properly, the 3D-printed mold can be reused to make more ceramic molds.
- Use PLA or PLA-Plus for print .
