<ul><li>Fori per magneti modificati: i fori originali da 12x3mm (3 pezzi) sono stati adattati a 6x2mm (6 pezzi) per consentire l’utilizzo di magneti più piccoli e distribuire meglio la forza di attrazione tra i componenti. Questa modifica migliora la stabilità meccanica della parte durante l’uso.</li><li>Densità del riempimento ridotta: la densità del riempimento è stata abbassata dal 30% al 20%. Questa variazione riduce il consumo di materiale e i tempi di stampa, mantenendo una resistenza sufficiente per l’uso previsto del modello.</li><li>Motivazione funzionale delle modifiche: entrambe le modifiche sono state implementate con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare la funzionalità del modello. The biggest magnets i had were 6x2 so I changed the file to fit them. Perfect fit! Small supports come off easily.

Changes vs original:<ul><li>Magnet depth reduced to 2mm (original was too deep for 2 mm magnets)</li><li>Magnet diameter reduced from 12.2 → 12.1 mm</li></ul>With the original 12.2 mm hole, my magnets would pull out after a few insertions. At 12.1 mm, the magnets snap in securely and sit flush, but you do need to press them in firmly.Tested fit: 12×2 mm magnets Result: Secure snap-fit, no pull-out, no glue required.  &nbsp;Kept the two tone color as it&#39;s pretty cool looking.

Closed the holes for the magnets for usin self-adhesive magnet tape.printed in PETG. If you print in PLA you can increase the sprint speed to default settings.

Modified version of the profile uploaded by trx to accommodate 6 pieces of 10x3 neodymium magnets. It holds really tight on the back of my H2C. 3 pieces of 10x3 magnets would be insufficient. There is a pause at level 20 in the 3mf file to insert the magnets. Printed from PETG HF in order to withstand higher temperatures when printing with engineering materials. Thanks to the original designer and also to trx.&nbsp;This is my first ever print profile upload, so I hope you´ll find my little mod useful and will print it with success!

Changes from the original:<ul><li>Modified model to have embedded magnets (set to 15x3mm)</li><li>Stop added at layer 27 for adding magnets</li><li>Kept magnet negative modifiers as editable - you can adjust the magnet sizes to you preference </li><li>Added negative modifier text to label Bus vs Power (b/c I mixed them up when I was doing maintenance lol)</li><li>Text is removable as an object</li><li>Moved object-specific print settings (layer height, etc) to Global print settings so you can use your calibrated profiles (if you have any) without overrides interfering</li><li>1 Plate for Bus, 1 Plate for Power, 1 Plate for both - in case you&#39;ve already printed the Bus manager</li></ul>When Modifying the Magnet Dimensions<ul><li>I usually add 0.12mm to my magnet&#39;s dimensions. Ex: 6x3 magnets, I make the negative modifier 6.12mm x 3.12mm. This usually allows for an easier fit while still being snug</li><li>Be sure to double-check the stop layer in the Slicing preview. It may be 26 or 28 depending on your magnet&#39;s dimensions</li></ul>&nbsp;Note: A personal preference from other models I&#39;ve printed w/embedded magnets: Whenever I embed multiple magnets, I tend to switch the polarity of every-other magnet - in this case the top magnet
