Created this leaf blower attachment from the Bernoulli Principle & Venturi Effect. Adding this attachment to a leaf blower increases air volume using the Venturi effect to help move more leaves. This won't add any power to your blower, but it will pull in more air to increase airflow volume output for a more effective range.
This attachment was designed for a Stihl Backpack blower with a 3 inch diameter nozzle. It should fit many other brands (Makita, Milwaukee, Echo, Black & Decker) with similar nozzle diameters. I can also make other sizes if there is a need.
The attachment itself is printed in two parts and is installed on the end of the nozzle with zip ties or clamp rings. There are two recessed rings on the upper attachment part (the green colored part in the pictures) to help keep the zip ties or clamp rings in place.
Sizing, selecting the proper print profile: The models are designed to be approximately 0.5 inches larger in diameter than the actual blower nozzle diameter. This is done on purpose to allow good installation, the zip-ties holding it in place. Select the model to print by matching your blower's nozzle diameter to the diameter in the print profiles name (example: a 2.5in diameter nozzle should use the 2.5in print profile, with the actual print having an internal diameter of around 3.0in).
Proper Installation:
