Description

A simple and practical cover for European-style wall light switches (85 mm, can be resized).
I designed it because I was tired of guests pressing my smart home switches and messing up my automation setup.
This cover fits directly over the switch to prevent unwanted or accidental presses.

 

Features:

  • Compatible with most European wall switches (Legrand, Schneider, etc.)
  • No screws or glue needed — slide easily
  • Easy to remove when needed

  • Perfect for smart homes and home automation setups

     

3D Printing Info:

  • File type: 3MF
  • Recommended material: PLA or PETG
  • Infill: 15–20 %
  • No supports needed
  • Estimated print time: ~25 min

  • Printed and tested on a Bambu Lab P1S using a smooth plate

     

Tips:
You can adjust the cover height to fit your switch or add a small icon ( 🚫 ) on top.

I had to reduce the switch for the Gira system by 3mm 4mm probably would have worked even better but I didn't want to print it again Otherwise a very good idea to solve the problem which the creator also has Visually it would have been nice if the model had been made with rounded corners
