Description
Don't let a pair of crutches ruin your costume—make them the best part of it! Transform your standard medical crutches into fearsome monster legs, demon limbs, or dragon talons with these easy-to-print, two-part claws.
I originally designed these as part of my "Spirit Walker" costume, where I use them on my arms with Powerizers on my feet to move on all fours. They are perfect for anyone looking to add a spooky, high-impact detail to their Halloween costume, cosplay, or fantasy LARP gear. They're also a fantastic way to bring some fun to an unfortunate situation if you or a loved one needs to use crutches during a costume party or event.

- Easy Assembly: This model is split into two halves (Part A and Part B) that fit perfectly around a standard 17mm crutch pole (If your diameter differs either use padding or maths (the rule of three)).
- Non-Destructive: Designed to be attached with zip ties! This means you can easily add and remove them without gluing or damaging your crutches. If you prefer a glued version, this is fine as well.
- Fully Mirrored Set: The download includes files for one claw (Part A & Part B) AND a mirrored set, so you can print a perfect left and right-sided talon.
- Highly Detailed: Features a scaly, creature-like texture that looks amazing right off the printer and is even better when painted.

Assembly:
- Carefully remove all support material from the printed parts.
- Take Part A and Part B (or the mirrored set) and place them around your 17mm crutch pole, just above the rubber tip.
- Align the two halves so they fit snugly together.
- Use two or three zip ties to secure the halves tightly.
- (Optional) For a permanent bond, you can skip the zip ties and use super glue or epoxy.
- (Optional) Prime and paint your claws to match your costume. A dark wash or dry brushing will really make the scaly texture pop!
