T4E HDR 50 Reusable Pellet

Bill of Materials
Description
This is a reusable pellet for Umarex HDR 50 and TR 50. It should be printed in TPU. The imaged prints are in Day-glo pink eSun TPU 95A, which makes it easy to find them on the range and reuse. They snugly fit in the original Umarex magazines. You can also print them in Nylon, the black ones on the second photo are PA6-CF and printed on A1 with no chamber. My profile and printing is done on the smooth plate, but the standard textured one should make no difference.
The target results are way better than rubber balls, and I'm using it personally all the time instead of the Umarex balls. They are highly reusable, no wear on them after many uses, unlike on the balls. This is actually third or fourth design, the earlier verision with lower infill being shown on the third photo.

If printed it in PLA or PETG, they won't fit in the original magazine, because the front face of the pellet is reinforced and stiff. But they will fit the counterfit holes version of this cylinder and work perfectly. Printing in PLA makes them brittle, and they will shatter when hitting a hard target.
I've also designed a container if anyone's interested.
