Brief Description of Features and Function
This Gridfinity-based drawer pull-out brings order and accessibility to any deep bathroom or kitchen cabinet It solves the problem of having to retrieve hard-to-reach items from the back without disturbing the clutter in the front
Features:
- Two Variants: Available as a single pull-out or double pull-out (side-by-side)
- Gridfinity Standard: Each pull-out offers a 6x2 grid base area that can be freely configured with all Gridfinity modules
- Stable Construction: The pull-out is designed for mounting commercially available drawer hinges/slides (made of metal), ensuring high stability and smooth guidance
- Additional Security: I have additionally secured the board to which the pull-out is attached with 2 brackets This prevents the entire board from being pulled out
- Flexible Mounting: Can be screwed (holes are present) or glued to the cabinet base
- Easy Assembly: The rough guide in the appendix explains the straightforward assembly
Function: Allows the complete pull-out of the rear cabinet contents, so you can easily remove everything No more rummaging and knocking things over! 🛠️
Additionally Required Parts (Not 3D-Printed)
- Drawer Hinges/Slides: Standard metal drawer slides 246mmx17mm (from Amazon or hardware store)
- Screws 10 x M3x6mm: For mounting parts of the printed pull-out
- Screws 2 x M4x6mm: For mounting parts of the printed pull-out
- 2 x Brass Screws/Threaded Inserts: For a more stable and durable connection
- Screws/Mounting Material for the Hinges: Depending on the chosen hinges for mounting to the sub-construction and cabinet base I glued them
- Adhesive: (Optional, as an alternative to screwing to the cabinet base)
- Gridfinity Bins: (Optional) The small boxes/containers for filling the 6x2 grid
⚠️ Important Note on Fit Accuracy
Please note: Although everything works smoothly and fits in my tests and settings, these are 3D printed parts Fit accuracy may vary depending on the 3D printer, filament, and your specific print settings used Therefore, I cannot guarantee that it will work for you immediately and without minor adjustments Be prepared to do some slight post-processing if necessary!
