Description

Mercury Cougar 1969 Sunroof Guide Clips / Slider Blocks

These plastic parts are reproduction sunroof guide clips (also known as slider blocks) for the 1969 Mercury Cougar.
They are used in the factory sliding roof mechanism to guide and support the moving panel along its rails.
The originals were prone to wear or cracking over time — these 3D-printed replacements aim to restore smooth operation and proper alignment.

These parts are tested on the actual vehicle. Dimensions were modeled from worn originals and may require minor adjustments. Feedback from anyone fitting them is welcome and appreciated.

Each part is modeled from an original sample and printed in durable material (recommendation: nylon, PETG, or ABS for long-term use).

They may also fit similar late-60s Ford and Mercury models that shared the same sunroof assembly (e.g. Ford Mustang, Torino, or Montego).
