Description

This large grip door handle is ambi-dexterous and large enough for most hands to comfortably grasp from either side, under, over, or inside.

It's aesthetic is an homage to the H2-Series enclosure design.

To print:

  1. Recommended you print the separate part version, it is pre optimized to print ‘object at a time’ so there is no prime tower, and no purge for color changes, it's support may seem drastic, but trust me you'll be happy with the result.
  2. [URGENT] VERY CAREFULLY Remove supports from the 2 decorative parts: away from the top, using the bottom as a fulcrum. Don't force it, you can peel or cut away the supports if it is easier. Supports on the handle should come off easily, it is a strong part.
  3. Snap on the decorative parts to the handle, simply press them on, you can install them in either orientation. Add glue for a stronger permanent fit.
  4. Unscrew the original handle using a T2 allen wrench, carefully retaining the two screws, and install the handle, either side up works. Do not over-turn the screws, as soon as you feel pressure as they near their ends, stop so you don't strip the screw-holes. Those more inclined can use heat-inserts for these as well.
  5. Enjoy your new handle.

I included a single-part print plate as well, however I DO NOT RECOMMEND using it, it will need a nozzle swap (H2D) or purge for every layer, and it's print quality suffers from color contamination. I've included it soley for reference purposes and for those who might want to remix the design.
