I'm a creator based in Ottawa, Canada. All models are originally designed from scratch in Fusion 360, physically tested and verified with my own printing setup - no AI tools are used in any part of the design process. Each work undergoes repeated revisions to guarantee reliability and usability.
I began working full-time in May, giving me much less free time for design creation than my student days. Your ongoing boost support powers my creativity and pushes me to keep delivering consistent, high-quality updates!
Feel free to give me a boost, like, save, and leave your comments if you enjoy my work. Your valuable boost is the core motivation for my creation, helping me continuously polish and update high-quality designs.
đ˘ Updated on January 5, 2026: Iâve added alignment pins to the tank body and turret, and also created a new AMS-compatible 3D print profile.

I introduced a lot of new features in the tankâs running gear. At first, I tried to modify my previous M1A1 Abrams model, but it turned out to be more complicated than expected. So I scrapped everything and started from scratch â the whole process took me about a month.
Compared with my previous works, this tank features the following new designs:
The side skirts use a snap-fit design, allowing them to be opened freely â youâll no longer have to worry about weak glue joints.
The wheels are movable and connected using small C-shaped components. Special thanks to @McCanic for providing the idea.
- It uses a torsion bar suspension system. The suspension is functional, but because of material limitations, I donât recommend twisting it too often.

đ Recommended Print Settings (For Best Results)Â
- Filament: PLA. Different materials have different shrink rates, so using other filaments might cause fitting issues or dimensional errors during assembly.Â
- Slicer: Bambu Studio. I recommend using my default profile â Iâve tuned it specifically for this model.Â
- Ambient Temperature: If youâre using an open-frame printer like the A1 or A1 Mini, keep your room above 20°C (68°F) to prevent warping.Â
- Print Bed Preparation: Wash with soap and water, then dry thoroughly to ensure good adhesion. For small parts, apply a glue stick for better bed adhesion.Â
đ§ Assembly Diagram NotesÂ
- Blue Lines: Require super glue for assembly. I use Gorilla Super Glue.Â
- Yellow Lines: These are moving parts. Do not apply glue here.
